Third-Party Payments & Cardholder Verification

Where the person placing the order differs from the cardholder or payer, additional verification may be requested.

NEOTECH® may request confirmation that:

  • The cardholder authorized the transaction
  • The purchaser is authorized to use the payment method
  • The delivery recipient is known to the purchaser

Orders involving unverified third-party payments may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded.

Local Collection Verification

For customer collection, courier collection, driver collection, or third-party collection requests, NEOTECH® may request:

  • Collection authorization
  • Company identification
  • Driver details
  • Courier details
  • Collection contact information

Goods may only be released after reasonable verification has been completed.

How Verification Works

If verification is required:

  1. NEOTECH® will contact the customer using the contact details provided during checkout.
  2. Verification is normally completed within one business day after customer response.
  3. Once verification is successfully completed, the order proceeds for processing and dispatch.

Where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, NEOTECH® may:

  • Place the order on hold
  • Cancel the order
  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method

Fraud Prevention & Risk Review

NEOTECH® works with payment providers and fraud-prevention systems to reduce unauthorized transactions.

If an order presents elevated risk, NEOTECH® may:

  • Request additional verification
  • Delay shipment
  • Refuse release of goods

  • Refund the transaction
