1. Service Area

NEOTECH® currently supplies products within the United Arab Emirates only.

We do not provide direct international shipping.

Customers located outside the UAE may arrange:

  • Collection by their representative
  • Collection by their appointed courier
  • Collection by their UAE-based freight forwarder

Where customers arrange third-party collection, NEOTECH® is responsible only for the original UAE supply transaction.

NEOTECH® is not responsible for:

  • International transportation
  • Customs clearance
  • Import duties
  • Freight forwarding services
  • Services performed by third-party logistics providers

2. Delivery Address Requirements

Customers must provide:

  • Complete UAE delivery address
  • Active UAE mobile number
  • Accurate recipient information

Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are generally not available.

Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable address information may delay dispatch or delivery.

3. Order Cut-Off

Orders received before 2:00 PM GST (UTC+4) are generally processed on the same business day where reasonably possible.

Orders received after the cut-off are generally processed on the next business day.

Public holidays, supplier delays, verification requirements, or operational circumstances may affect processing times.

4. Processing & Dispatch

Typical handling time:

  • 1–2 business days

Before dispatch, NEOTECH® may conduct reasonable verification procedures to confirm:

  • Payment authorization
  • Customer information
  • Delivery information
  • Collection arrangements

Orders requiring verification may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is completed.

Customers will receive dispatch confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp when available.

5. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically requires:

  • 3–5 business days within the UAE

Typical total order-to-delivery timeframe:

  • Approximately 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Traffic conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Supplier delays
  • Force majeure events
  • Remote-area servicing schedules

NEOTECH® does not guarantee specific delivery dates unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Shipping Fees

Standard UAE shipping is currently provided free of charge.

No separate handling or packaging fee is charged unless specifically stated before checkout.

7. Tracking & Delivery Attempts

Where available, customers receive:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier reference
  • Dispatch notification

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • Address is incorrect
  • Phone number is unreachable
  • Recipient is unavailable
  • Delivery is repeatedly refused

the shipment may be returned to sender.

Additional delivery arrangements may be required before re-dispatch.

8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If an order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete

customers should notify NEOTECH® as soon as reasonably possible after discovery.

Where the issue is confirmed, NEOTECH® may provide:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund

at no additional cost.

9. Address Changes

Customers should request address changes before dispatch whenever possible.

After dispatch, address changes may not be possible and remain subject to courier capabilities.

For security reasons, NEOTECH® may request verification before accepting address modifications.

10. Order Verification & Shipment Hold

To protect customers, cardholders, payment providers, and NEOTECH®, certain orders may be subject to verification before shipment.

If payment authorization, customer identity, delivery information, collection arrangements, or order legitimacy cannot be reasonably verified, NEOTECH® may:

  • Delay shipment
  • Place the order on hold
  • Request additional information
  • Cancel the order
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

A refund under these circumstances does not imply wrongdoing by the customer and is intended solely to prevent unauthorized transactions, fraud, chargebacks, and delivery disputes.

11. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers should refer to the Return & Refund Policy for available options.

Special-order products may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions as stated in the applicable quotation or product terms.

12. Pricing & VAT

All consumer prices displayed on neotech.ae are shown in AED.

VAT is included where applicable unless otherwise stated.

The final amount payable is displayed during checkout and shown on the UAE VAT Tax Invoice.
