This M.2 2280 drive packs 3D TLC NAND and a high-efficiency controller into a slim form factor. Its DRAM-less architecture uses SLC caching to slash latency on random I/O, giving you smooth multitasking and fast transfers. Supports SMART, TRIM, and LDPC ECC for durability with up to 400 TBW endurance on the 1 TB model.
