TOWA Mech-Sensor

The APN-100 uses TOWA's mechanical label-sensing system.

The Mech-Sensor detects the label as the web moves through the applicator and automatically accommodates compatible label strokes within the specified operating range.

This allows the applicator to handle different compatible rectangular label sizes without requiring normal manual sensor alignment each time the operator changes labels.

The mechanical design is particularly useful for workplaces where several label sizes are used but all remain within the APN-100 specification.
