All payments and refunds for orders placed on neotech.ae are processed exclusively by NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC.

1) Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be new, unused, and undamaged, with original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or VAT invoice) is required.
- Returns requested after 30 days, or items showing use, modification, or missing serial labels, may be declined.
Non-returnable items (unless defective or not as described):
- Activated software licenses or digital downloads
- Opened consumables (e.g., ribbons, thermal rolls, labels)
- Custom-built or specially configured hardware
2) How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email support@neotech.ae with your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions, including your free prepaid return label (PDF).
- Please do not send items without authorization — unauthorized shipments may be refused.
3) Return Method & Costs

4) Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

Processing time: Approved refunds are issued within 15 business days to your original payment method.
- Banks or card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
- Refunds are processed by NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC, including VAT where applicable.
- A VAT credit note can be issued upon request.
5) Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within the 30-day window when stock allows.
Return the original product for inspection; upon approval, we’ll help you place a replacement order.
Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
6) Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
