All payments and refunds for orders placed on neotech.ae are processed exclusively by NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC.
A valid UAE VAT invoice is issued for every order.

Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing or using neotech.ae (the “Site”) and our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms operate together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1) Eligibility & Fair Use

  • You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent to place an order.
  • Do not misuse the Site (e.g., interfere with operation, bypass security, or engage in unlawful activity).
  • Except where permitted, you may not copy, resell, frame, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or its content without written permission.

2) Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

3) Product Information, Pricing & Availability

  • We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing; minor variations (e.g., packaging or revision) may occur.
  • All prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable. Taxes and fees are confirmed at checkout and on your VAT invoice.
  • We may limit quantities, change listings, or discontinue items without notice.
  • If a pricing or stock error is discovered after ordering, we may cancel or correct the order and promptly refund any payment made.

4) Orders, Payment & Verification

  • Your order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs upon our order-confirmation or dispatch notice.
  • Payment is due at checkout using the available methods (cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay/Shop Pay, COD where eligible).
  • All payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers; we do not store full card details.
  • Your bank or issuer may require 3-D Secure / OTP verification.
  • To protect customers and brands, NEOTECH® may verify orders by phone or email, request additional information, or cancel and refund unverifiable or suspicious orders.

5) Shipping & Delivery (UAE Only)

  • Sales and shipping are limited to the United Arab Emirates.
  • Provide a full street address and active phone number (no P.O. Boxes).
  • Handling and transit times follow our Shipping Policy.
  • Risk of loss passes once goods are delivered to your address.
  • Courier delays from weather, road closures, or force majeure may occur.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
  • Authorisation required — email support@neotech.ae to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
  • Returns via courier only using a free prepaid label provided by NEOTECH®.
  • No restocking fees.
  • After inspection, approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method (subject to bank processing time).

Where any clause here conflicts with the Returns & Refunds Policy, that policy prevails.

7) Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us within 48 hours:

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Photos or videos may be requested to assist inspection.

8) Third-Party Services & Links

Our Site may link to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment gateways or analytics).
NEOTECH® is not responsible for their content or practices — use them at your discretion.

9) Reviews & User Content

By submitting reviews or other content, you grant NEOTECH® a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display that content on our Site and channels in accordance with law and moderation rules.
Do not post unlawful, infringing, or misleading material.

10) Intellectual Property

The Site and its content are owned by NEOTECH® or our licensors and protected by law.
You receive a limited, revocable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purpose.
Third-party trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

11) Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, SMS/WhatsApp, or on-site notices).
Such communications meet legal requirements that they be in writing.

12) Warranties & Disclaimers

Except as required by law or stated in our policies, the Site and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEOTECH® and NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEOTECH® and NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15) Compliance & Export

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when purchasing or using products.
Certain items may be subject to import/export or usage restrictions.

16) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, government actions).

17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute relating to the Site, content, products, or transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The courts of Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal or operational updates.
The date above shows the latest version.
Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.
