All payments and refunds for orders placed on neotech.ae are processed by NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC. A VAT invoice is issued for every order.

1) Eligibility for returns

  • Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all tags/labels, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or VAT invoice) is required.
  • Returns requested after 30 days, or items showing signs of use, modification, or missing parts/serial labels, may be refused.
  • Non-returnable (unless defective or not as described): activated software licences, opened consumables (e.g., used ribbons/labels), custom-configured items.

2) How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email support@neotech.ae with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions, including your free downloadable return label.
  3. Please do not send items without authorisation—unauthorised returns may be refused.

3) Return method & costs

  • Method: By mail only (courier drop-off / collection).
  • Label: We provide a prepaid return label to download & print (Free).
  • Cost: NEOTECH covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns.
  • In-store returns: Not offered.

4) Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email the approval or rejection decision.
  • Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 15 days to your original payment method (your bank/card provider may need extra time).
  • Issuer: Refunds are issued by NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC (operator) for NEOTECH orders. VAT is included where applicable; a credit note can be provided on request.

5) Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Please return the original item for inspection/approval; once approved, we’ll help you place a replacement order. Any price difference will be billed or refunded accordingly.

6) Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us within 48 hours at support@neotech.ae or +971 50 197 5252. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7) Authorised return address (RAN required)
