As a company managing over 25,000 products across multiple trusted brands—and with expansion plans for over 50,000 SKUs—we uphold the highest legal and commercial standards when it comes to listing any product or third-party brand.

This page outlines our Brand Onboarding & Listing Policy, which is designed to:

• Protect NEOTECH, its customers, and global brand rights holders
• Ensure transparency and accountability in our supply chain
• Prevent unauthorized or counterfeit listings

📦 What Brands Must Understand Before Listing

We do not allow any third-party brand to be listed, promoted, or sold on our website or channels without verified and complete documentation. This protects all parties and ensures regulatory compliance in the UAE and internationally.

✅ Our Legal & Documentation Requirements

To consider a brand for onboarding, we require the following documents:

1. Valid Trade License of the brand owner, distributor, or seller
2. Trademark Certificate proving brand ownership or registered rights
3. Official Authorization Letter for NEOTECH to sell, list, or distribute the brand/products (must be signed, dated, and stamped)
4. Copy of Emirates ID or Passport of authorized contact person
5. Product Catalog with models and SKUs for verification
6. Legal Supplier Chain Declaration stating origin and method of acquisition (OEM/distributor/imported)
7. Warranty & After-Sales Policy (if applicable)

We retain the right to verify and validate every submission before accepting any product or brand for listing.

🚫 What We Will NOT Do

To remain fully compliant and ethical, NEOTECH will:

• ❌ Not list any brand without clear written authorization or legal access rights
• ❌ Not misrepresent any trademark, logo, or brand ownership
• ❌ Not list or distribute grey market, refurbished, or unauthorized products
• ❌ Not bypass UAE customs, tax, or product regulations
• ❌ Not accept products with unknown or unverifiable sourcing

📋 Our Supply Chain Verification Process

Every product listed on NEOTECH goes through the following checklist:

• ✔️ Sourcing from authorized distributor, OEM, or documented importer
• ✔️ Proof of purchase invoice or customs declaration
• ✔️ Compliance with UAE commercial and eCommerce laws
• ✔️ Product inspection and brand audit before going live
