Service Area & Address Requirements

We currently sell and ship within the United Arab Emirates only.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes — please provide a complete street address and an active UAE mobile number.
Remote or limited-service areas may require additional time; customers are notified before dispatch if applicable.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST (UTC+4) are usually processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off are processed on the next business day (excluding UAE public holidays).

Processing & Dispatch

You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp confirmation with courier details and a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Split shipments may occur if items are fulfilled from different facilities; separate tracking links will be provided if applicable.

Shipping Fees

Tracking & Delivery Attempts

Each shipment includes a tracking link or courier reference.
If the courier cannot reach you, they will attempt redelivery or contact you to confirm a suitable time.
Undeliverable shipments (incorrect address, unreachable phone, or repeated failed attempts) may be returned to sender; we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items.
NEOTECH® provides a free prepaid return label, and there is no restocking fee.

Address changes are possible before dispatch; please contact support as soon as possible.
You may request order cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, please follow the returns process once the order has been delivered.

Prices and availability are updated regularly.
The final price is displayed at checkout and appears on your UAE VAT invoice.
