All payments and refunds for orders placed on neotech.ae are processed by NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC. We issue a VAT invoice for every order.

Agreement & acceptance

By accessing or using neotech.ae (the “Site”) and our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1) Eligibility & fair use

  • You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental/guardian consent, to place an order.
  • Do not misuse the Site (e.g., interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security, or engage in unlawful activity).
  • Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, resell, frame, scrape, or otherwise exploit the Site or its content without our written permission.

2) Accounts

Some features require an account. You’re responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

3) Product information, pricing & availability

  • We aim for accuracy in product details, images, pricing, and availability. Minor differences (e.g., packaging/colour/revisions) may occur.
  • All prices are in AED. Unless stated otherwise, prices shown include VAT where applicable. Any taxes/fees are confirmed at checkout and on your VAT invoice.
  • We may limit quantities and discontinue items without notice.
  • If a pricing or stock error is discovered after you order, we may cancel or adjust the order. We will notify you and refund any amounts paid promptly.

4) Orders, payment & verification

  • Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation or a dispatch notice.
  • We may decline/cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, unavailability).
  • Payment is due in full at checkout using the methods offered. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • To protect customers and brands, we may verify orders by phone/email, request additional information, or cancel and refund orders we cannot verify.

5) Shipping & delivery (UAE only)

Sales and shipping are limited to the United Arab Emirates. No P.O. Boxes—please provide a full street address and active phone number. Processing, transit times, and fees follow our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to your address. Courier or force-majeure delays can occur.

6) Returns, exchanges & refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery when items are new/unused/undamaged in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
  • Authorisation required: obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before sending any return by emailing support@neotech.ae.
  • Method & cost: returns by courier only; we provide a prepaid label/collection and cover return shipping. No restocking fees.
  • Refunds: after inspection, approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method (your bank/card provider may need extra time).
  • Where these Terms conflict with the Returns & Refunds Policy, that policy controls.

7) Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us within 48 hours at support@neotech.ae or +971 50 197 5252. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

8) Third-party services & links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (e.g., payments, analytics). We aren’t responsible for their content or practices—use them at your discretion.

9) Reviews & user content

If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content on the Site and our channels, subject to applicable law and our moderation rules. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

10) Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by NEOTECH or our licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purpose.

11) Electronic communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, SMS/WhatsApp where applicable, in-site notices). You agree that all agreements, notices, and records we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

12) Warranties & disclaimers

Except as required by law or expressly stated in our policies, the Site and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEOTECH and NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEOTECH and NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

15) Compliance & export

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when purchasing/using products. Some products may be subject to import/export, licensing, or usage restrictions.

16) Force majeure

We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, internet/hosting outages, government actions).

17) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

18) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
