Clear purchasing terms, secure payments, and UAE-law-compliant transactions.

All payments, invoices, refunds, and customer transactions relating to orders placed on neotech.ae are processed exclusively by NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC.

Sales, delivery, and support are currently limited to customers located within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

This policy is intended to comply with applicable UAE consumer protection requirements, Google Merchant Center policies, and Shopify platform requirements.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods within the UAE:

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED).

VAT is applied in accordance with UAE regulations where applicable.

A valid UAE VAT Tax Invoice is issued for every completed order under NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC.

If your payment card is billed in a currency other than AED, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees that are outside NEOTECH®'s control.

We take payment security seriously.

  • Payments are encrypted using TLS/SSL security protocols.
  • Transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers.
  • NEOTECH® does not store complete payment card numbers.
  • Certain transactions may require 3-D Secure authentication or One-Time Password (OTP) verification by your bank.

Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect customers, payment providers, and business integrity, NEOTECH® may conduct verification checks before processing, releasing, or shipping an order.

Verification may include:

  • Phone verification
  • Email verification
  • WhatsApp confirmation
  • Video call verification
  • Billing address verification
  • Delivery address verification
  • Company verification for business purchases
  • Verification of the cardholder or authorized purchaser

Verification may be required where:

  • Payment processor risk alerts are received
  • Customer details and payment details do not reasonably match
  • Contact information cannot be verified
  • Delivery information appears incomplete or unusual
  • Stock, pricing, compliance, or risk-review issues arise
  • Additional verification is reasonably required to protect all parties

NEOTECH® reserves the right to:

  • Hold an order pending verification
  • Request supporting documentation
  • Delay shipment until verification is completed
  • Refuse an order
  • Cancel and refund an order

If verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period, the order may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Unauthorized or Third-Party Payments

Orders should be placed and paid for by the authorized purchaser or cardholder.

Where payment details, cardholder information, customer information, billing information, or delivery information appear inconsistent, NEOTECH® may request additional confirmation before shipment.

If there is reasonable concern that a payment may be:

  • Unauthorized
  • Fraudulent
  • Disputed
  • Reversed
  • Made using a third-party payment instrument without proper authorization

NEOTECH® may cancel the order and refund the payment to the original payment source.

NEOTECH® will not be liable for delays resulting from reasonable fraud-prevention procedures.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected UAE orders.

  • Payment is due in full at delivery.
  • Exact cash payment is recommended.
  • COD availability may vary by location, order value, product type, or operational requirements.
  • Certain special-order, custom-order, bulk, or high-value items may not qualify for COD.

If delivery fails after repeated attempts or the customer is unavailable, the order may be cancelled.

Any future re-delivery may require prepaid payment.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

General principles:

  • Product must be new and unused.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging.
  • No restocking fee applies.
  • Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

B2B, Bulk & Special-Order Procurement

For bulk purchases, business purchases, custom procurement, special-order products, or non-stock items, NEOTECH® may issue a written quotation or proforma invoice.

Lead Time

Lead times are estimates based on supplier information available at the time of quotation.

Estimated lead time:

  • Typically 10–15 business days
  • May extend up to 20 business days or longer depending on supplier availability, customs procedures, shipping delays, public holidays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond NEOTECH®'s reasonable control

Where significant delays occur, customers will be informed and available options will be discussed.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • 70% advance payment upon confirmation
  • Remaining 30% payment before release or delivery

Alternative payment structures may be stated on individual quotations.

If Supply Cannot Be Completed

Where NEOTECH® is unable to supply the ordered product, a refund will be issued for any amount received relating to the unavailable item.

Documents Provided (where applicable)

  • UAE VAT Tax Invoice
  • Warranty documentation
  • Brand documentation
  • Certificate of Origin (if available and specifically agreed)
  • Other documents stated in the quotation

No substitutions will be made without the customer's written approval.

Special-Order Cancellation

Products specially sourced, imported, configured, customized, or procured specifically for a customer may not be cancellable after supplier confirmation.

Any cancellation request will be reviewed individually based on supplier commitments and costs already incurred.

If NEOTECH® cannot supply the ordered product, a full refund will be issued for payments received relating to that item.

Customer Verification (B2B Orders)

To comply with regulatory, operational, and fraud-prevention requirements, additional information may be requested.

NEOTECH® may request:

  • Trade License
  • Tax Registration Number (TRN) where applicable
  • Authorized purchaser details
  • Company address
  • Contact information

Individuals

NEOTECH® may request:

  • Full legal name
  • Emirates ID or passport copy
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Delivery address

Information is requested solely for order processing, compliance, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

References are used solely for identification, compatibility, or informational purposes.
