This Policy explains how purchases work on our website for (A) standard online orders and (B) B2B / special-order procurement. Please read this together with our Terms of Service, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, Privacy Policy


A) Standard online orders (checkout)

  • Where we sell: United Arab Emirates only.
  • Pricing & taxes: Prices are shown in AED. VAT (where applicable) and the final total are shown at checkout and confirmed by email.
  • Payment: Full payment at checkout using the methods displayed (e.g., major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on eligible orders.
    Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. Payments and refunds are handled by the operator NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC.
  • Dispatch & delivery: Processing (handling) 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat; UAE public holidays excluded). Estimated transit after dispatch 1–5 business days within the UAE. Free standard shipping UAE-wide. Tracking is shared by email/WhatsApp when your order ships.
  • Returns & refunds: 30-day returns for unused items in original condition. NEOTECH provides a prepaid return label; no restocking fees. See Returns & Refunds for the full process.
  • Order verification & cancellations: We may verify orders by phone/email, request additional information, or cancel and refund orders we cannot verify or fulfil (e.g., pricing/stock errors, suspected fraud). You may request cancellation before dispatch; after dispatch, please use the returns process.
  • Errors & availability: We aim for accuracy, but if a listing or price is incorrect, we will cancel or adjust the order after contacting you and promptly refund any amount paid.

B) B2B / Special-order procurement (quotation-based)

For bulk buys, custom configurations, or items not stocked for immediate dispatch, we use a written quotation (proforma invoice) and back-to-back sourcing from OEMs/authorized distributors/documented importers.

How to order

Email support@neotech.ae or WhatsApp +971 50 197 5252 with model/specs, quantity, and delivery location. We’ll confirm price and lead time and issue a written quotation for approval.

Lead time

Typically 10–15 business days; maximum 20 business days (excluding UAE public holidays), subject to supplier stock and logistics.

Customer verification (required before invoicing)

  • Companies: legal name (as per Trade License), address, authorized contact, UAE TRN (if applicable), and copies of Trade License & ID.
  • Individuals: full name, residential address, mobile, email, and Emirates ID or passport.

Payment terms (B2B / special-order only)

70% advance on order confirmation to reserve allocation; 30% balance before release/Delivery Readiness. Bank transfer preferred; card links can be arranged when available.

Refunds on advance

If NEOTECH cannot supply within the quoted maximum lead time (20 business days) due to supplier unavailability, you may cancel for a full refund of the advance.

Delivery & documents

UAE tax invoice issued under legal name NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC. Any required brand/warranty certificates are provided where applicable. We do not substitute models/specs without your written approval.

All third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification/compatibility only. NEOTECH does not claim exclusive dealership unless explicitly stated.
