2. Our Back-to-Back Order Fulfillment Process

• NEOTECH operates primarily on a back-to-back ordering model.
• Products are usually sourced after order confirmation directly from authorized vendors, brand owners, certified distributors, or factory partners.
• Estimated standard delivery timeline: 10–15 business days, with a maximum of 20 business days, excluding UAE government holidays and official company closures.
• Delivery timeframes are dependent on vendor stock availability, supplier schedules, production lead time, and customs clearance.

By submitting an order, customers acknowledge this fulfillment structure and agree that NEOTECH operates on a made-to-order procurement basis.

4. Mandatory Customer Verification Before Issuing Quotations & Invoices

To ensure compliance with UAE VAT, invoicing, billing regulations, and fraud prevention standards, NEOTECH requires the following details for quotation and invoice issuance:

For Companies:

• ✅ Legal Company Name (matching Trade License)
• ✅ Authorized Contact Person’s Full Name
• ✅ Complete Physical Address (Building, Flat/Shop Number, Area, City, P.O. Box if applicable)
• ✅ Primary and Alternate Contact Numbers
• ✅ Business Email
• ✅ UAE TRN/VAT Certificate (if applicable)
• ✅ Legal Documents (submitted by email or WhatsApp):
• Valid UAE Trade License
• Emirates ID copy of Authorized Person
• VAT Certificate (if applicable)

For Personal Buyers:

• ✅ Full Name
• ✅ Full Residential Address
• ✅ Valid Emirates ID or Passport Copy
• ✅ Mobile Number and Email Address

5. Order Finalization

Orders are considered valid only when:

• A proforma invoice or official quotation is issued by NEOTECH
• All mandatory customer information has been submitted and verified
• Payment terms are mutually agreed in writing
• Delivery address and contact details are fully confirmed

6. Payment Terms & Conditions

By agreeing to proceed with a confirmed order, the customer accepts the following legally binding payment structure, in full compliance with UAE consumer protection laws:

• 70% Advance Payment upon order confirmation to secure procurement and reserve supplier allocation.
• 30% Balance Payment due before product arrival, or immediately upon delivery readiness notification.
• All payments must be fully settled prior to final delivery or release.
• Refunds on advance payments will only be applicable if NEOTECH fails to deliver within the maximum promised timeframe of 20 business days (excluding official holidays), subject to product unavailability.

NEOTECH reserves the right to refuse processing any order if these terms are not accepted by the customer in advance.

7. What NEOTECH Does NOT Do (Transparency Statement)

To protect our clients, our business, and uphold full legal transparency, NEOTECH strictly declares:

• ❌ No instant online purchase or automated checkout.
• ❌ No listing of unauthorized, counterfeit, grey-market, or used products.
• ❌ No unauthorized usage of brands, trademarks, or logos.
• ❌ No manipulation of pricing, stock data, or misleading promotional content.
• ❌ No exclusive dealership claims unless officially certified in writing.
• ✅ Full compliance with UAE commercial law, eCommerce regulations, and supplier chain transparency.

8. Delivery & Documentation

Each order will include:

• A valid UAE tax-compliant invoice issued under NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC.
• Packaging, labeling, and documentation as agreed.
• Warranty certificates, brand authorization letters, or factory certificates provided if applicable and upon request.

9. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept:

• ✅ Bank Transfer (UAE verified business account)
• ✅ Secure Credit/Debit Card Gateway (if activated)
• ✅ Cash Payment (limited to UAE in-person delivery, subject to approval)

❗ We do not accept: Cryptocurrency, Cheques, Third-Party Payment Links, or Unverified Payment Platforms unless pre-approved by NEOTECH in writing.

10. Intellectual Property Usage

All product names, logos, trademarks, datasheets, and content belong to their respective trademark holders. NEOTECH uses such intellectual property strictly for informational, compatibility, and legal supply reference purposes.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or brand misuse is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Legal Limitation and Liability

• All transactions are legally binding only upon acceptance of NEOTECH’s official invoice.
• NEOTECH is not liable for any purchasing decisions based solely on website content, pricing estimates, or preliminary discussions.
• We disclaim liability for third-party misinterpretation, outdated information, or indirect damages resulting from reliance on website material.

12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

All transactions and disputes fall exclusively under the legal jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai, UAE holding final authority where NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC is legally registered.
