A: No. NEOTECH® currently ships within the United Arab Emirates only. International customers may arrange their own UAE-based freight forwarder or local pickup, but we do not offer cross-border shipping.

A: NEOTECH® offers a 30-day return policy for new, unused products in original packaging. Return shipping is free with a printable label, no restocking fees apply, and refunds are processed within 15 business days after inspection.

A: Yes. All NEOTECH® products include a minimum 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty service and repairs are handled locally within the UAE in accordance with the manufacturer’s written terms.
