Some products are supported directly by the manufacturer or brand owner; others may be supported by NEOTECH or our authorized third-party service partners.

Warranty eligibility requires full compliance with documentation requirements, verification processes, and submission within the applicable warranty period.
Important: Always retain your original invoice, packaging, and any supplied manufacturer warranty cards or serial number labels.
2️⃣ Warranty Eligibility & Required Documentation
To initiate a warranty or repair request, the customer must provide:

✅ Copy of the original invoice issued by NEOTECH (matching purchase records)

✅ Product with original, visible, and untampered Serial Number / IMEI / Model Number label

✅ Manufacturer warranty card or activation proof (if applicable)

✅ Supporting images, videos, or diagnostic reports (upon request)
NEOTECH reserves the right to decline any warranty claim under the following conditions:

Physical damage, liquid exposure, misuse, improper voltage, or unauthorized repairs

Expired warranty period based on invoice date and brand terms
-
The product was not originally purchased through NEOTECH or its authorized supply chain
3️⃣ What Is Covered Under Warranty
Warranty coverage may include:

Manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase

Hardware or internal component malfunctions under normal use

Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) failures reported within the acceptable time window
-
Power or charging system failures within brand or supplier warranty limits
Coverage duration and scope may vary by product type and supplier agreements.
4️⃣ What Is NOT Covered

Accidental drops, external physical damage, or liquid exposure

Issues caused by improper installation, external electrical surges, or software conflicts

Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, cracked shells, or panel wear after delivery

Consumables and perishable parts (e.g., toners, ribbons, batteries) unless covered by brand-specific policy

Environmental exposure, improper storage, or misuse

Any data loss or software corruption — Customers are solely responsible for data backups prior to servicing
5️⃣ Repair, Replacement & Service Timelines
Upon receiving a valid warranty claim:

🔎 Evaluation: Typically completed within 2–5 working days

🔧 Repair: Completed within 7–14 working days, subject to part availability and vendor approvals

🔄 Replacement (if applicable): Processed based on current stock levels, supplier authorizations, and brand policy
⚠ Data Responsibility: NEOTECH accepts no liability for loss of customer data during repair processes. Customers are advised to secure full data backups prior to submitting products for service.
6️⃣ Return Logistics & Handling

Customers are responsible for delivering products to NEOTECH’s service location unless otherwise pre-agreed in writing.

For DOA units or manufacturer pickup warranties, alternate logistics arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis.

NEOTECH is not responsible for third-party shipping damage during customer returns.

This Warranty & Repair Policy is governed by applicable United Arab Emirates consumer law.

NEOTECH’s responsibility is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective hardware in accordance with official manufacturer and supplier warranty terms.

NEOTECH shall not be held liable for:

Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Business interruption, data loss, or financial losses due to product downtime

Third-party service failures or extended lead times resulting from supplier dependencies
