The BYX COB (Chip-on-Board) RFID Tag embeds a bare IC and antenna directly on a flexible substrate. Its low-profile design and robust epoxy seal bring UHF EPC Gen2 tracking to metal, plastic, and curved surfaces without bulky housings.

Product Description

Each tag mounts a Monza R6-P or M730 chip on a PET film antenna. A tough epoxy overcoat protects the die and antenna from moisture, chemicals, and abrasion. At just 0.2 mm thick, it adheres flush to pipes, tools, and panels. Read range reaches up to 5 m with a fixed reader, making it ideal for inventory, asset management, and production line automation.

Purpose of Use

How to Use

1. Clean the target surface of dust and oil.

2. Peel off the liner to expose adhesive.

3. Press tag firmly for 5 seconds.

4. Scan with UHF reader; listen for beep or look for LED flash.

5. Monitor tag health; replace if epoxy shows damage.
