What products do you sell?

Business hardware and accessories for the UAE market, including barcode scanners & printers, POS systems & peripherals, receipt/mobile printers, labels, ribbons, and technical spare parts.

Are your products new and authentic?

Yes. All products are brand-new, genuine, and sourced from OEMs, authorized distributors, or documented importers.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently sell and ship within the United Arab Emirates only. We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes — please provide a full street address and an active phone number.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping UAE-wide on all orders.

How long will delivery take?

  • Order cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) are processed the same day; orders placed after are processed the next business day.
  • Processing (handling): 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri; UAE public holidays excluded).
  • Transit after dispatch: 1–5 business days within the UAE (varies by location).
  • Total delivery time: 2–7 business days from order placement.

You’ll receive an email/WhatsApp update with tracking when your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

Secure online payment methods shown at checkout (major cards and local options). Prices are shown in AED and include VAT where applicable. A UAE tax invoice is issued with every order.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. We provide a tracking link or courier reference when the order is dispatched.

What is your return & refund policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. NEOTECH provides a prepaid return label — no restocking fees. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Email support@neotech.ae with your order number and reason. We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

What are your support hours and contact options?

Do products include warranty?

Most items include a manufacturer warranty (terms vary by brand/product). Contact us for diagnosis and service options.

Q1. Do you ship outside the UAE?

A. No. We currently sell and ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Q2. How long does delivery take in the UAE?

A. Typical delivery is 4–7 business days nationwide. Orders placed before 14:00 (GST) usually dispatch in 1–2 business days; transit time is 3–5 business days. Timelines can vary by carrier and stock status.

Q3. Will I receive a UAE VAT invoice?

A. Yes. Every order on neotech.ae is invoiced with UAE VAT and processed by our legal operator NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC.

Q4. What is your return & exchange policy?

A. Returns are accepted within 30 days with free return shipping and no restocking fee. Items must be new and complete unless defective. Refunds are processed within up to 15 days after inspection. See full details: /policies/refund-policy.

Q5. Are your products genuine and new?

A. Yes. We source from verified distributors and manufacturers where available. Products are new unless clearly stated otherwise.

Q6. What warranty is included?

A. Hardware carries the manufacturer’s standard warranty (where applicable). For help with a claim, contact support@neotech.ae with your order number and a brief description.

Q7. Can you help with setup or compatibility questions?

A. We provide basic setup guidance and product compatibility advice in good faith (POS systems, barcode scanners, label/receipt printers). For advanced software integrations, we may refer you to a specialist partner.

Q8. How do you handle payments and refunds?

A. Payments and refunds for orders placed on neotech.ae are processed by NEOLYN TECHNOLOGY LLC. Final prices and VAT breakdown appear at checkout.

Q9. Do you verify orders to prevent fraud?

A. To protect customers and our business, we may verify orders or request additional confirmation. Orders that appear fraudulent or violate policy can be cancelled and refunded.

Q: Works with 100×150 mm shipping labels?

A: Yes, supports standard 4×6" labels.
